~As a new guest it's important to only book the services noted for *New Guests. This allows extra time for our consultation. This will help to ensure excellent results on your very first visit. Thereafter we will pre-book your appointments as a returning guest.

~Make sure you fill out the pre-consultation form 24hrs prior to your appointment so that I have time to review it before your arrival.

~Please arrive 5 minutes early so that we may start your appointment on time.

~When arriving please have a seat in the front lobby and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while you wait. I will come greet you as soon as I'm ready after the previous guest.
